Delivery, Refund and Return Policy

Delivery

  • Standard shipping takes 3–10 business days.
  • Standard delivery fee is $10 (maximum weight 22kg).
  • Authority to Leave is the default option for most orders. If you’re unavailable to receive your order, it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office or collection point.

Return and Refund Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere. Please review all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and warnings carefully before purchasing.

Refund on Prescription, Pharmacist, or Pharmacy-Only Medicine

We cannot offer a refund on prescription items, pharmacist, or pharmacy-only medicine once they have been posted or removed from the pharmacy, unless:

  • There was an error with dispensing, or
  • The product was damaged during delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt if: –

  • Your products arrived damaged, or
  • You received the incorrect item.

You may be asked to provide an image of the damaged or incorrect product for a refund or replacement.

Faulty or Misrepresented Products

We accept returns and will offer a refund, exchange, or repair for items that:

  • Are faulty or of unacceptable quality,
  • Are significantly different from what was described or shown,
  • Are unsafe, or
  • Are unfit for their intended purpose.


In these cases, the item price and any associated shipping costs will be refunded.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us via email. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations may not be processed. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be offered for changes of mind.

Exceptions

We may refuse a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product was misused, causing the problem.
  • You were aware of the issue before purchasing.
  • You requested a service or product alteration against our advice.
  • Other exceptions under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Response Time

We aim to process requests for repairs, replacements, or refunds within 7 days of receiving them (unless the case requires further investigation).
